Worst Internet Provider EVER

I was with Cool Ideas for 7 years and in the beginning they were the best. The last couple of years they went from great to absolutely appalling. They charged me for a 200/200 line and most of the time I wasn't even getting half of that. Their support is pathetic, once I even had someone come check my line to tell me it's faulty because the import was "dusty" (which is wasn't). As soon as I gave my last month's notice they turned my line off for half the month and this was in December. I demanded a refund for half the month I did not get internet and now they're claiming not to know what I am talking about. Worst internet service provider, stay very far away from them.
