WORST EVER
Internet down and all they can say is they logged a ticket with vumatel,they don’t care if you losing work or anything,pay on time or else your line gets cuts but when you have an issue you have to wait up to 72 hours and don’t even think about getting reimbursed for the money you spent on having to buy data to get your work going,hours or sometimes days without internet and you still have to pay THE WORST EVER!!!

12 Jul 2024, 09:29Day 3 now and still no internet,all I’m hearing is waiting on feedback or I get the most dreaded word escalate…this is beyond ridiculous,if I pay a minute late my line will be cut,but I pay on time every month and no matter how ****ty your service is I still remain loyal,I definitely must have my head seem to as to why I stick with such a ****ty provider
