Worst decision, worst service, such regret!

I have been fighting for weeks now to get my brand new line working. I have been shunted from one customer support person to the next. Absolutely no one taking responsibility for getting my line sorted. I keep getting the same generic replies and then some technical jargon thrown in for good measure. I am the only one pushing for this to be done! 27 frikken mails later!!!!

I have escalated and STILL getting the same BS replies but now they are just proactive instead of me asking for feedback.

I am beyond frustrated, I am angry, disappointed, feel **** to.

I used to be with Cool Ideas and was one of those that voted it best ISP! I was a huge fan! Now I am angry that I chose them again and really regretting my choice.

Any other decent ISP's out there reading this review, please let get in touch. I would love to go somewhere that actually genuinely cares!
