Worst Customer Service ever!!!

How on earth is this ISP rated 1? Agents hang up on clients! Don't give answers! Has taken my money but said it's cancelled even though I paid for the month! All you get from all their platforms is team is looking into it ! Disgusting service! I wouldn't recommend this ISP to anyone!
