Worst Customer Service - 1 week with no internet connection and no resolution
Cool Ideas has the worst customer service and forever blaming Vumatel when my line is managed by through them. Almost a week now without my internet connection working and all I get that we are waiting for Vumatel.
If its Vumatel fault or Cool Ideas fault, I dont care. If 7 days without internet connection is an SLA for you then maybe I have made a mistake taking my Fibre with you or for anyone to support you guys are its clear that you dont care about your customer but more just taking our money.
I require my internet connection to complete my daily job as I work from home but clearly it does matter to you along.
I have had other ISP before with most probably 2 calls logged for issues in a 3 year window but already 3 calls with you guys in like 3 months. Sorry to say but you guys are no where close to the NO.1 ISP if it takes you this long to support a customer and resolve there internet connection.
I already spoken to 4 different people from the time my call was logged on the 18th August and all with the same response of they have escalated to Vumatel and no resolution. I have to continuously try to follow up daily since they do not provide feedback.
If you cannot fix my issue, then release my line so I can get an ISP that can fix it and do care about customer service.

We value our customers and thus we continue to work on our relationship with the fibre line provider to ensure communication is clear and concise we also apply pressure to ensure that an efficient service is provided to our customer.
