Worse than Telkom

Fibre internet went out on Saturday afternoon. “Support” line doesn’t work outside of business hours… why? I have sent several emails describing the problem and have yet to receive any response from a human being. All I get is automated emails saying that my email has been received.

This service provider has gone down the toilet since they started.

My internet is still not back up. (Almost two days later.)
