Worse ISP
Been struggling for 3 weeks with Cool Ideas to get connected to the net, worthless excuses and passing the bucket to Openserve and no response from either of them with a solution. If I could rate them a minus 100 I would. Definitely not worth the ratings they advertise or state to themselves.
