Wors service provider!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff does not have any urgency or training to resolve issues. I have been struggling for more than 2 months to get fibre, while my fibre lines are already installed outside my home and just needs to be installed inside the home. They keep on telling me that we are not covered while everyone in the complex are using their services. I’ve sent through multiple invoices of people in my complex to show them that our complex are covered. Ive sent pictures through of our fibre box outside but nobody seems to even open up the pictures. Cool ideas should be ashamed of all the staff. They are all ***********.
