Won't change us back to Telkom from CISP Voip

We have asked many times at Cool Ideas and contacted CISP and no one will change us back to Telkom for our landline. Telkom arrives and says it is CISP's problem and CISP/Cool Ideas says it's Telkom's issue. Meanwhile, you never get service! Come on now- best ISP for fibre out there? No way. Can we have some great ISP's for fibre around who take responsibility for their tech issues? Have had this with other DSL suppliers, so its not just Cool Ideas that does this. I have a whole list I have dealt with that do this. Now, fibre and DSL is meant to meet International standards - fast, non-shaping, uncapped for great prices, great service, the list goes on! Let's get this going guys and ladies!
