Wonderful service from Cool Ideas Support team.

On the 19th of January 2022 we had a problem with the Vumatel internet Switch in the house. I contacted Cool Ideas as my service provider. The support staff that I dealt with were so wonderful. I received the best service ever. I received feedback on daily basis until the issue was resolved. These guys work best as a team. I did not have to wait for the 1st person who opened my ticket. Any one who came on duty contacted me and made sure the fault was reported to the right people, escalated, followed up and resolved. Great teamwork. I think it would be unjust not to mention the names of the people who provided this outstanding service. So, I would like say thank you to Mdu Nxumalo, Hudson Maetja, Karabo Malope and Anitha Masiza. Keep it up with the good work guys. Good service has become an impossible thing in this country.
