Wonderful onboarding experience

I ordered a new fiber installation at my home on a Monday and by Wednesday it was installed and working. Vumatel did a neat job with the actual installation so the cable management, pavement trenching and CPE installation was done very profesionally (and this was with some issues with the fiber line being cut near the street which was resolved the same day). Coolideas's ordering process is very quick and the support team is reasonably fast on responses. I had a slight issue with no internet connectivity right after the installation, but within an hour a support employee contacted me and guided me through steps to get it resolved in a friendly manner. This is a very good first impression for me and I look forward to using my new Fiber connection!

Side note: I do wish people would understand the difference between a service provider and a fiber infrastructure company. Most of the reviews I see here are people complaining about Coolideas doing nothing about fiber faults when in reality the most they can do is try and get the actual fiber companies to fix it (i.e. Vumatel, Openserve, DFA, etc). My sympathies to the support team for having to deal with this.
