Wobbly start but professional support
I have had some issues with my fibre line over the last few months. I believe the issue has been rather with the fibre line provider than Cool Ideas. However, Cool Ideas support has been helpful, understanding and professional and has made sure the issues are solved. Definitely a support team that goes the extra mile.
