Wifi keeps disconnecting and the speed is super slow
its been weeks now and our Wifi speed decreased dramatically and the last time we called they told us about hackers hacking their systems/lines and that they have no control over it, we called the 2nd time they blamed load shedding our wifi keeps disconnecting its almost month end and they expecting us to pay for wifi we didn't even use for the entire month. I don't know where this incompetence came from because this company was perfect months ago
