I was late to pay them and they have suspended my internet access, once I have paid them for the 2 month of usage they are demanding payment for 4 more month that the service was not active, I have asked them to pay only for the line rental (even though there is non) to settle the dispute but they refuse, the matter is with the ombudsman at the moment.
