Waiting for installation

Till today I still have not received any installation at my new address. Paid what needed to be paid and they give me stories as if I want to hear stories to sleep. Spoke to Palesa Radebe and was assured the payment was sent through to Vumatell. Nobody from Vuma nor Cool Ideas has contacted me with any information. Seems my money was stollen and nobody wants to take responsibility
