VoIP Repair

I had forgotten my password for my VoIP phone so had to reset to factory settings. After doing that, I found out that all the set up settings were gone and I needed to get them to set up the phone again. I contacted Cool Ideas, they opened a ticket and within a short while I received a phone call from Itumeleng Sono who set up that phone for me and did a firmware update. Thank you, my VoIP phone is working again.
