Very Unprofessional and Terrible response Time

After reading all the other reviews, I don't even want to go on with my story. Poor customer service, terrible response turn around time.

I have been paying for a 20/20 line whereby my speed tests show differently and when I call in the representatives are so unfriendly and unhelpful, calls have dropped on me twice whereby I have to call back and repeat my story.

Very expensive, very frustrating. Have given my notice - will rather use another ISP.
