Very Responsive and Proactive Customer Support.

I'm still at the early stages of engaging with Cool Ideas--still waiting on their fibre infrastructure partners to connect my building--but they've been very responsive to my queries and quite proactive in updating me with the status of the connection process.

I will be back to post more reviews when my connection is done and I've used their services for a reasonable period.
