very poor service
The service is below par , the consultant does not want to give me her name , The team that reviewed my documents could not find my new adresss I app**** for a relocation of service and they are unable to tell me when the technician will come out. Spoke to Nikita she is one of the managers , She tried to help but still could not advise when the technician will be available.
