VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE FROM COOL IDEAS

We have just spent almost two hours on a Saturday trying to communicate with the Cool Ideas agents to sort out our internet. The Ping has been between 50 and 200 (extremely high and slow), the download us been 0.4mbps and the upload was not even able to complete. We are paying for a 20mbps line. They sent us back and forth doing Speedtests from numerous devices which never seemed to be sufficient.

We have done everything they have asked and eventually we sent the correct speedtest screenshot, and now they have escalated our issue TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER, but I cannot believe that it took two hours of our time and now we have to wait! Why can they not just fix the issue themselves??

When we were with Telkom and Afrihost, we called any time and they sorted out any issues we had within 10 minutes. Cool Ideas do not have a 24 hour help line either.

Now they are closed as it is 3pm and they close at 3 on Saturdays. Seriously! So if the issue does not come right we have to go the entire weekend without internet. We use the line for business and for STUDYING. This is pathetic.

We are reconsidering our decision to move to Cool Ideas in the first place.
