Very Bad Service
Just a caution. I've been having endless issues with Coolideas. It is 8 days now since they relocated a line for me. Between themselves and MTN they can't seem to configure a basic 500mbps line. On top of that they charged us R 1500 for relocation for a few button pushers to do their job. Everyday they make us empty promises. I have no idea how they could be rated Best ISP according to their web site. They don't even have after hours support and it takes forever to get any sort of feedback from them. I also requested for a Manager to call me and they can't even do that.

09 Mar 2023, 13:29We have posted numerous complaints about Cool Ideas on Facebook and Linked In as well as with Hellopeter and with the ISPA. And still none of the Managers at Cool Ideas even cares to be bothered with sorting the issue out.
