Very bad customer service from Cool Ideas

I have not had internet for just over a month. I have sent numerous tickets and made calls to the service provider, only to be told repeatedly that they would get back to me once vumatel got back to them. But then there was no communication and when I checked online, I see that my ticket was resolved! How can the ticket be resolved if I do not have internet which I was paying for! This is some of the worst service I have received. I should have cancelled a long time ago with this company because we have had numerous problems with the line going down over the past couple of years we have been with Cool ideas!
