Utterly Useless and ***********.
Absolutely useless - Have been experiencing outages and reinstalls for 3 weeks. They keep promising to escalate, to no avail. Ultimately, I contract through CISP, and they have the utterly useless Vumatel, who pass their installations on to other 3rd parties who are ***********, but I suffer no connectivity! More promised broken today, Generic AI bot answers, no ability to escalate. Bring On Starlink - I can't wait! #COOL-***
