Utter lack of support
This company possess an utter lack of pre-sales and post sales service, they've taken a full week to contact me about an issue, and when they do they pass the blame, tell me they're going to hang up on me and that they're not permitted to call me, they are infuriating to the point where you just want to swear at them to justify the level of service you receive. Avoid like the plague

This has been going on for a week and the response I received when you finally contacted me was not satisfactory.
I'm seeing packet loss and hourly pppoe connection drops. Please get this resolved.
