Usesless Service from Support and Bad quality service provided by Cool Ideas
Since 2017 when we had our fiber installed I have never had my full speed so I downgraded and guess what I still do not get my full speed. When I called I got told they would have to escalate it for me to 2nd tier support. Why must I struggle like this for 3 years constantly with you guys I just want to cancel this line now and move to another ISP because this is not on anymore I am wasting money every month for not my speed.
