Replying 16 hrs later for an ticket marked as urgent...of course my F line's up!
Line was down for 4hrs and I lost work because of it. I get paid by the hr and work from home, my line has to be UP!!!

25 Jun 2020, 17:51On top of that, I pay for a 100/25 but get 15/11...sorted your **** out before I go to another provider. Never had these issues with my 10/5 line
