Useless service provider
I made payment to cool ideas to basically activate my wifi as I had moved over from 1 ISP to another, thry have messed up my account and application. Lana thd team leader was supposed to be assisting me but keep ignoring me. I have paid my money and yet they keep saying they will sort things out
