Useless!

What a story! Number 1 service is all lies! They’ve had our ticket for 3 weeks now it took me going to management to get stuff done because they were “escalating” the issue. Now waiting for installment and they realize we need Vumatel to now install a line. Are you joking. So 3 weeks of them doing nothing we are still without WiFi and we have paid for our line which is now active but we don’t have anything! Such a ridiculous pathetic process with *********** company!
