I have never experienced such a sneaky company before.

I signed up for internet and had to wait 2 weeks to be connected yet was charged an invoice for a service I have not received. How can you charge me. Pro rata rate for internet service that doesn’t work?

I have emailed and logged a call for over a week and they have ignored me and now took another debit order without providing feedback on my request. This is honestly the worst internet service provider I have used just 3 weeks into it. They clearly only care about sales and that’s a pity. I am reporting you to the consumer board and cancelling my subscription immediately.

So disappointed
