Unsatisfactory service delivery

We have had endless challenges with getting our wifi up and running. This is now going on for close to 2 weeks and is definitely not an isolated issue. We have had this problem many times before.

We are told that the turnaround time is 48 hours, but this turnaround time is way over from this past Monday. This issue has even been going on way before the past Monday. Our reference number is ***.

We have pleaded for a technician please come out to sort the problem. But nothing. We spoke to an agent who tried to assist on Saturday already, but to no avail. She also assured us that a technician would be sent, but as well, still waiting. We spoke to Sebastian yesterday who also tried to help remotely, but again to no avail. He promised that someone would come to sort the issue out late yesterday, but again no one technician came. We spoke to him again this morning 02/12/2023 and now he said he will try to get a technician to come out. So ultimately, we keep getting empty promises.

This has impacted our business and we have now exhausted ourselves with trying to explain to our clients that it will be sorted.

Please, all we want is for our wifi to be up and running.
