Unreliable internet lately, blame game being played by Support.

Cool Ideas used to be good until this year when the internet has been going down intermittently - sometimes in the middle of important calls and live webinars. It's been very hard connecting with professional colleagues in the US or Europe and have to have Cool Idea suddenly kill the internet for a few minutes at a time. When Cool Ideas is contacted they blame it on Octotel. But this is a recurring problem and one would think they could liaise with Octotel and sort this issue out. I will give them 2 out of 5 stars. When the internet works it is 5 of 5, but as the internet crashes intermittently sometimes for 5min and sometimes for 30 min I cannot give them more as I have to make use of my Cell data or my ADSL backup account and I have to have an ADSL backup account because Cool Ideas is unreliable.
