Unreliable internet connection

Complete and utter incompetence and totally unreliable.

For numerous months my internet connection drops multiple times a day (Generally around 10-20 at least) and the only way to get my connection up again is to reset my ONT and wait for it to reconnect. This takes quite some time and the accumulated time lost throughout the day (hours) and the inconvenience of my internet dropping mid call during work meetings is completely unacceptable.

Cool Ideas constantly throw blame to something or someone else, saying it is my router, or my ONT or there hardware issues (which i've replaced multiple time with no success) and are blaming it on Octotel and saying it is an issue in the area. All the people on my street also use Octotel as their line provider and none of them have this issue. Also many work colleague and friends live in the neighborhood also with Octotel and they don't have an issue.

THUS, the issue can only lie with Cool ideas, but they refuse to actually take responsibility and fix it. Just today (it is 10h30am it has dropped over 8 times).

Honestly, be better.
