Unproffesional Customer Service
I Called earlier today and got through to Tazne that was rude on the call. I was having connection issues and communicated with her that I can hardly hear her and I was asking for her name to repeat it since did not hear she said her name is Tazne Yhoooo, which is indicates was irrirtated with me asking more than 2 times to repeat her name. I requested to be transferred to another person and she did not even apologize or try to assist she transfered me to another agent and was not able to get a supervisor to escalate the matter to they were all busy and ended up dropping the call. Tazne was very unproffessional on the call she should not work in a customer service environment if she will get irritated with the customers.
