Unprofessional and clueless- Business line not repaired in reasonable time- Not COOL at all!

We have a Business Fibre Link to Cool Ideas in Centurion CBD. This is for VOIP and Internet for our business that runs a call centre. Service interruption was experienced and reported on 2023-08-17 at 08:15. We received ticket: (#COOL-***) and confirmation that it was escalated to DFA who will dispatch technicians at 13:14. I stressed that this is a business service and we need it back up ASAP. Received confirmation that they will escalate. No feedback whatsoever. Still not restored 24 hours later at 08:00 on 2023-08-18. I requested follow up- Advised they have not dispatched anyone due to a shift change... Sounds like a police charge office! This is unacceptable. Pls take your business somewhere else! Not COOL at all!
