Unhappy

I am so irritated by the lack of service deliver and lack of knowledge of the system with the agent that work for Cool ideas

Only signed up less than 2 hours ago without me even paying for the services yet they cannot deactivate me from their systems.

i am being sent from pillar to post because of people who dont know what they are doing themselves and every second person i speak to needs to confirm with another person, which then is time consuming for me and wasting my airtime

Honestly im really annoyed
