Joined just over a month ago and it has not been a pleasant experience. My monthly payment amount was changed before my first month was even finished with Cool Ideas. I was not informed of a price change when agreeing to the fibre and as i voiced this to them i was told an email was sent out Before Feb to all clients as a notice of the price change from March. I'm not sure how I was supposed to have read or gotten this email when I only app**** for the fibre in Feb. The response from them has been less than okay, i sent an email highlighting specific issues and detailing my frustration only to get a reply that does not acknowledge what I just said and comes across as a generic one sentence response. Don't waste your time here, ********* business practice.
