If I could, I would definitely rate ****** unCool Ideas a zero for the way they handled my cancellation request and now they are threatening to "blacklist" me for non-payment even though I asked for a cancellation. They are hiding behind "a calendar months notice" as a petty reason.
unCool Ideas, stop harassing me for non-payment of services that I did not use!
