Unable to provide service
We have no internet. How hard can it be to provide a simple service, since the 31st December I have had numerous internet problems. logged numerous tickets but nothing resolved. Have internet for a day and then back to nothing again. Log a new ticket and then you hear crickets...nothing and the next day come back triumphantly to say issue resolved only for it to stop working again... We paying but don't get the service. Shocking.
