Un-Cool Ideas Fibre ISP

Absoloutely Pathetic Service. Ordered a line from Cool Ideas, who are supposedly the best in the industry. Vumatel were excellent in doin installation superfast and configuring the line. i received email confirmation on the 27th that the line is ready, and I only now have to wait for Coo Ideas. 2 days later and theres no sign of a router being delivered. i then quried this via telephone and email and the website. Suddenly i get an email billing for R31.97, and a phone call from cool ideas stating that they will despatch the router today 29/11 and it may take up to 48 hours. Called them back to query the bill and they state that the service is active and therefore they are already billing me . EVEN without me having been able to use the service??? Ridiculous. Also the despatch of the router only after I queried is pathetic. i asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told that "the manager is not in today". So wile the router may only arrive on the 3rd december i will in the interim be billed for all these days while waiting for them to send a router.
