Turnaround Time
Hi - Logged a query with your team on the 10th May relating too availability of fibre at my address as it was not listed yet by neighbors did. I was advised that this will be logged with Vuma to load and that I will receive feedback within 48hrs. Guess what I logged the same with Vuma and someone from Vuma did get back to me within 48hrs advising me that I was good to go however I received an email from your team 11 days after on the 21 May that they tried calling me 08:50 and reached my voicemail. Utter lies as my phone records does not reflect any of this and I saw the same reply on this same site from COOL IDEAS before. I am not certain how transparent your company is ? Why 11 days to respond ?

We are sorry to hear of this frustration
kindly note that upon investigation we have confirmation from our team that the premise was originally not available on the Vumatel system for capturing which is a regular occurence and not something any of the ISPs have control over.
Once the Vumatel team created the premise our team attempted to call you to no avail Vumatel failed to alert us to the completion of the premise creation, we are happy to provide you with the call record which proves we attempted to contact you if you email complaints @ cool ideas .co .za
We value our customers and strive each day to improve on our serviec however at times we are at the mercy of the FNO (Fibre Network Operators) and are engaging with them on a regular basis for improved communication and efficiency
