Trash service and ISP customer experience from Cool Ideas

Cool ideas (without informing their clients of a migration from their payment partner "Mitche''s fibre to Vuma reach), has massively inconvenienced me. Forcing their customers to be without an internet connection for prepaid services because they decided to migrate a client database. It has been a nightmare and I have been unable to do my work because of this trashy service. I have called in 6 times to their service center who offers no help but let me know that they have contacted vuma reach to sort out this voucher issue. The system they have in place allows for system errors as the wrong address was captured for me. What a trashy service that doesn't inform their customers of a database migration leaving them stranded and inconvenience with poor customer service experience and a shoddy system. I have never before received such bad experience from an ISP. Your systems are not customer friendly, allows for the customer to be left high dry without an internet connection, the list of what can go wrong with your system grows every month. It has been a nightmare using your service.
