They were the best, but now they are useless. Stay away.
Started with them in February 2021. They were cheaper than the competition and they had better service. Fast forward 3 years- they are currently one of the most expensive and USELESS providers out there. Cancelled the service on 2 May. It took them 26 days to reply on my cancellation. Still not cancelled. Still have to pay the most expensive fibre line in SA because they decided to only cancel my service end of June. Tried phoning to find out what's happening and was on the line for a combined total of 16 minutes. They are bad. Stay away.
