They should change their name to ''WORST IDEAS EVER''

The worst! This is the worst Idea you could ever make, I do not even know why they call themselves Cool Ideas when they are the worst. I called them Mid Jan, they promised me internet on by the 1st of Feb latest, 5 days later I still do not have internet and I work from home. This means I had to spend so much money to get connected so I can work and nobody cares on their side.

They also do not communicate with each other as departments which causes headache on your side because you have to explain your situation over and over again and everyone seems shocked because they are hearing for the 1st time.

I'm so disappointed with the service, they even sent me a billing for non existence internet and I do not know why because I do not have internet running. So do yourself a favor and go for another service provider, they are not serious here and you are the one who will be suffering not them.
