THE TRUTH ABOUT COOL IDEAS

So after a few weeks of Cool ideas Blaming Vumatel for the line speed issues , the inconsistancy issues etc etc etc I have eventually come out at the truth

A Coolideas Technician has admitted t me that he was lying to me when he advised me to come to Cool ideas . I had asked if the 1gb lines were stable and if the Vumatel offering was all ok and working , he responded that everything was perfect and the THEY HAVE NO ISSUES

Low and behold he admitted to me this afternoon after I have cancelled my service that they are well aware of all the issues they are having with Vumatel and that he knew very well then that they had issues with the portal the line speeds other customers etc etc

When I asked why he **** to me he simply stated "that would of been to negative I can't be negative to you"

Really REALLY REALLY So at Cool ideas its a COOL IDEA to lie to the consumer as long as you get the business

let the consumer suffer rather than tell the truth ,rather frustrated the public LIE LIE LIE its better than the truth

because plain and simply "that's to negative"

Wow Wow Wow no wonder the MD doesn't answer his emails or respond to these complaints

looks like its Ideology at COOL IDEAS

Maybe Lying isn't such a "cool idea" guys
