The Most Horrific Service Ever!!

Had the worst and most horrible experience ever with Cool Ideas; both their connection and customer service. Their customer service is distasteful. Took me more than an hour to finally speak to someone regarding my connection and thereafter they will take you from pillar to post, one department to another, and then give conflicting statements from whoever you speak to. Two weeks later, and we are still not connected, and yet they continue to charge. I wouldn't recommend them and I don't wish this sort of treatment even on my worst enemy. I advise you to take your business elsewhere where customers are valued. The worst part is that they don't seem to care.
