I have been a client with cool ideas for a couple of years now and recently had a problem with my cancellation and considered moving to a different ISP. The team at cool ideas (Nikita Bezuidenhout and Nasmiyah Adams) were able to assist me by motivating my case to their accounts department and their line rental company, Clearaccess. I remained with cool ideas and continued my 1 year service. Brilliant service and lots of patience from the 2 ladies mentioned above. Never had connectivity issues and definitely worth being a customer with Cool Ideas!
