Terrible service provider

I've been without internet since Tuesday 1pm . I call Cool Ideas daily, some times a few times a day, only to be told that the there is a problem with my line then its the area ... who knows. Daily the ticket gets escalated and that they will contact Vuma but nothing every seems to happen and no one every gets back to you. I work from home and Cool Ideas use to be a great service provider to the worst ever service one can expect.

This ticket has been escalated numerous times and still nothing has happened. Mdu was meant to get back to me, but I have heard nothing. Phoned before 5 asking for feedback, was promised a call back but as usual Cook Ideas never follow through.
I work from home and this is unacceptable, the turnaround time is 24 - 72 hours and we are way past that with no solution.
