Terrible service provided

Terrible service and lack of urgency. I have been experiencing WiFi connectivity issues for the past 6 days. I have been past from pillar to post, I’m not sure if the word escalation has any meaning. Not the first time experiencing outages and each time no updates are made available. Terrible terrible customer service care!
