Terrible service from Cool Ideas
I have ordered my new line on 24/07 and the only correspondence I get is if I follow up with Cool Ideas from my side. They have since lost my order as well, we are just being told that they are escalating it, but nothing is happening. I moved over from Telkom, the worst ISP ever to seemingly the second worst ISP ever it seems.
