Terrible service from Cool Ideas

Such bad service from Cool Ideas, called them on the 21st of Jan 2019 for installation of fibre and delivery of router and a month later and i still do not have internet connection at my house. You try an unknown company on good faith and you are disappointed like this. Anyone reading this please do yourself a favor and do not contact cool ideas, save yourself the headache and airtime of calling them back and forth only to be greeted by rude consultant that have been trained to just escalate issue but never give any feedback.
